Erica serves as Client Care Coordinator for InNet Financial Group, where she is dedicated to creating a positive and seamless experience for every client.
In her role, Erica assists with scheduling appointments, coordinating client communications, processing service requests, and helping ensure that clients receive timely and attentive support. She is often one of the first points of contact for clients and takes pride in building relationships while helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to service, Erica works closely with Brooks and the InNet Financial Group team to help keep client needs at the forefront of everything we do.
Whether assisting with account-related requests, preparing for meetings, or answering questions, her goal is to make every interaction professional, efficient, and personal.
Outside of the office, Erica enjoys family time with her husband, Schad, and two kids, has a love for animals, and enjoying living near her mother.
